I am a very unsatisfied, disappointed, loyal, long time customer. This will be the very last time I use this service. I am being charged out of pocket for services that should have been fixed at the original time of service. I have been without my only form of transportation for a week. It makes me sad because I normally have outstanding service, however this horrible experience will keep me from returning,

Received terrible service from this location. My vehicle has been sitting for almost 2 months now because the service department cannot correctly diagnose my vehicle and simply don’t care! They worked on my car 3 times keeping it 30 days or more each time and still didn’t fix it. I reached out to management and was ignored. I took my truck here because the engine light came on. The engine light was on for a minor issue and they told me I had to replace the whole engine. They are such a scam. Don't take your car here for a repair because you'll be told that you'll need a whole new engine when it's only a sparkplug. Such a Scam

Nice people, but you have to watch the paperwork very closely or they will add a warranty you didn't ask for, want, or know about.

scheduled a visit regarding a check engine light. I dropped off overnight and they called me advising it would be the next day before they could run a diagnostic and then it may take several days to get the part depend g on what the issue is. why schedule an appointment if you can't even look at the car on the day of the appointment??? terrible service.

Un informative and unapologetic. They communicated with me not one time. When I came to pick up, vehicle was not ready, someone’s personal items was left in car. They kept for two weeks with no communication unless I called. Horrible experience and this was one of my 17 fleet vehicles, never again.
