I will never come back to this place ever again. After being extorted to pay $7000 on a new transmission and finding out I just needed a $300 flush, this is probably the last time I’ll ever by a Ford. What a horrible operation. They charged me $3000 2 years ago for service that didn’t even fix the problem. Really bad. I’m selling my Ford truck and getting a Honda.
Beyond poor communication — took multiple texts and phone calls on my part to get any updates on my car. Would never use this service center again.
Service was terrible. Had an appointment and they kept my truck for two days and never looked at it and did not call me for an update I had to call them.
Issue not resolved , tried to reach out the advisor but no response. dealer sent me text msg with rating and I replied and asked if someone read these msgs and rectified and they said yes but no one ever reached , it has been 1 months almost.
I try to contact my advisor, I left him voicemails and he didn’t answer, I wish they were better training
I had Gwinnett place ford take my tires off my stock wheels and put my new wheels on the tires. Someone in service wrote on the tires and my detail can’t get it off. Ive called and left voice mail plus text my service manager with no response. I have 37” tires that are very expensive and it’s frustrating that no one seems to care at mall of ga ford. They are the closest to my house but from now on I will travel to Atlanta to get my service work done.
I am having transmission work done and it has taken almost 3 weeks to get any real answers. I suspect that any repairs will take even longer. That is extremely inconvenient to be without a car for so long.
New tires, balanced and an alignment for a trip out West. Returned to have them balanced again, Service Mgr said the tires were fine, it must be the drive shaft and I would need another appointment. Returned for my drive shift to be checked, picked up my truck after two days, Service Mgr says my tires were out of balance and they fixed it but my truck still bounced down the road... I'm disgusted with the service.

I took my daughter’s 2007 Mustang 3 times in just a few weeks. They fixed the problem and they also recommended a new battery and did a diagnostic test and said everything was good. 2-3 weeks later the car wouldn’t start. Jumped it off and took it back to the dealer. Then 2-3 days later I get a call from my daughter that the new battery is dead and she stuck at work. She calls AAA and I go to meet her. The guy jumped it off and then shut it off and tried to start it. The car/battery just made a clicking sound. The AAA guy in... read more
