Lack of communication is the deciding factor for me to not recommend or do business with this dealership.

Last time I had my vehicle at this location none of the problems were corrected. The vehicle was kept for 2 days. I was told there would be follow up for unavailable parts and for the past several months there was no follow up.

After contemplating the events and sales tactics used, I wish i had gone elsewhere. Needed to shower after dealing with their sales team.

Took my vehicle in for a 60k maintenance and paid almost $300 for this along with needing AC fixed and they did absolutely nothing. I had to take my vehicle to pep boys not even a week later to have new breaks and pads and new bolts put on after telling them it was driving funny and probably needed new breaks or a tire rotation. Come to find out my break pads were faulty and had tons of hot spots that were causing the tires wear. I was told a different price from the start. I will not ever return. I will also tell all my friends how your dealership is not trustworthy.

Horrible service they never even looked at the car. Said it needed more work MK never helped me at all. Would never recommend the service department

By far the worst service experience I have had after owning three Ford vehicles in my lifetime this department in particular does nkt have it’s act together at all. One example, I am still waiting weeks later for a call back…
