Service was good, everyone was friendly. my car was taken back to look at a squeaking like sound the vehicle would make whenever going over bumps and it was taken down to the service center to be checked, they said everything was ok but car still squeaks and the brakes squeak as well. Only had this vehicle for a month.

We found a lot of scratch on rear lamp, then I complained to dealership on date of pickup. However dealership took those scratch for granted and refused to exchange other car nor replace new lamp, nor give discount. Their attitude was I felt “Sue me” Therefore I couldn’t but take that car that have scratch on lamp, because I had already made down payment. It was bad experience. I never buy Ford car!

I made an appointment to get a key made. A week later they didn't have the correct key and just used a generic. Didn't tell me in advance and I still had to pay the $250.00.

I went there by appointment Nov. 1, 2021 for simple maintenance service, tire rotation, etc. was charged for work that I did not ask for nor was notified about. When I brought it up, nobody could explain what was actually done to my car nor why it was done. It was a small charge (about $10) but it makes me wary on their procedures should I have a significant issue

The sales department was amazing, they worked with me through the whole process, painless for the most part, as far as the maintenance done on the vehicle I bought, not great at all, the air filter was filthy and definitely needs to be changed and 3 out of the 4 tires were replaced and now the only tire that wasn’t replaced now needs to be replaced badly.

Haven’t been in your service department in several months. Not sure why you are asking me to rate you right now. However, compared to Toyota and Nissan car service, Ford ranks bare minimum. And, your asking me to rate an employee I don’t even remember otherwise I can’t submit this rating.
Careless to walk in customer & not very helpful. Trying to get service inquiry and even service advisor's sees me... they ignored right front front of me.
