Very disappointed with MOG Ford. MOG Ford replaced the clutch in my Mustang. Recently the pedal didn't feel right, so I attempted to contact the service advisor via phone and email see when I could drop off the vehicle. No response. Contacted another service advisor 3 days later and dropped off the vehicle on Sunday night. New diagnosis was the clutch needed to be replaced. I stopped to see if they could check a noise my car was making. The service advisor said no and that I could leave the vehicle overnight and they might get to it the next day. I asked if they had a rental since my husband was out of town. He said no. He then very rudely said “don’t you have any friends?” I got in my car and left. I won’t go back.

Mall Of Georgia Ford service and parts do not care about there customers. I was sold a defective part (which has been warranties or refused pick up 5 times) and refuses to return my money. I’ve since had to buy another part from a different manufacturer to fix my truck. Pretty sure the positive review on here are paid or fake. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I didn't want to leave a review because I had a horrible experience at this dealer, but I keep being harrassed with messages to leave one. I bought a brand new truck from this dealer and it was having an issue with the inforainment less than 3 months later. I brought the car to this dealer and they did a check and told me to bring it back because I told them this is the only vehicle I had. Made an appointment for an oil leak and to do my 50,000 service for a Saturday morning. Dropped my truck off Friday afternoon with the service advisor. I called Saturday morning to ask about status of the oil leak and was told that they don’t do that on saturdays. Nowhere did they mention that - or tell me that. Awful service.

The sales and management team for sales are top notch. However the service department is like jiffy lube. Money. Money. In a hurry and No regards for customer service.

Bad experience! Replace transmission the service manager (Matt) used the bait and switch sales technique. Compared a local transmission business price vs Ford dealership price which was a better price to get a lower price from Ford dealership. Matt matched the price and stated the transmission had a lifetime warranty. The local transmission shop could not match the lifetime warranty. Service is slow and repairs do not get fixed properly. Brought F-150 in with oil leak after service appt and was told there was no problem. Still have oil leak. I don’t have the time to wait on the service and repairs to get done and then return the vehicle again.

Went in to get a diagnostic check. Paid for it to recommend a waterpump. Went to another place to get second opinion and it was something else. Price was half of what you all were charging me. Also my brakes were super bad and I have little ones. That was not told to me either. I will not get service there anymore.
