My new Mustang has a problem but the mechanic didn’t fix it because he said he never felt my transmission to neutralize. So every other day my car neutralizes for 5 seconds and then it runs.

Andy was my sales person. He did an excellent job, excellent customer service. By the guy who did the financial paperwork he totally put in a hole of 8k. Sorry but this is the reality. When a customer ask you what is the FINAL TOTAL please add the down payment too...

I love my car, but I wish I went somewhere else to get the service done. I was over charge for labor (over $1000) just to put a small part that cost a little over $23.

I am currently trying to buy a 2020 Jeep Rubicon from John Fike (not sure of the spelling) and I was told by the Georgia Ford Mall finance team that I am not allowed to purchase the Jeep with cash and that I can only purchase it if I finance through them at 4.79%. I talked to my friend at Duval Ford of Jacksonville about this because my credit score is 781 and I qualify for 3% interest and he told me that it is 100% not true that a vehicle can be finance only and that Georgia Ford Mall is trying to scam me. very bad service. They refused to fix my 2014 ford focus, for a transmission problem rl which is covered by extende warranty, leaving shi I took it to another ford dealership which they fixed it at no cost..

They Wanted to a unnecessary repair by adding adding a fusible link to a cable that should’ve been just removed. The knowledge of my 2011 Ford transit van was limited.

We purchased a car there with an extended warranty. Used it within the first two weeks we had the car. That was THE ONLY time we have been able to use the bumper to bumper warranty. We have needed it but they will not diagnose anything unless we pay and additional amount and even then they will not use that warranty. Very disappointed in this dealership and the service department. They do not care about the customer only the sale and move on.
