Love the employees Sam in the office was a great help getting situated in our home. Irakli has been helpful since move-in. There is always a helpful face around the community!

Office and Maintenance Staff are Great Sam in the office was awesome to work with! After moving in maintenance, esp Irakli, were so helpful. You will always find a helpful/ friendly face with any stupid questions or needed work. Thank you Mallard Crossing!

Staff is so nice, they made my same day move in a breeze Tara worked super hard with me to get everything done and moved in to the apartment the same day i toured.

Wonderful We like the lakes and the pool the most. The gym is new but I haven't used it. Looks really nice. The office people are responsive and text me back which is better than my last place. The townhomes here are awesome its like 1700 square feet and has a garage. Love it.

I overall recommend The community is well kept, maintenance responds appropriately as well. It’s an older apartment complex, but quiet and safe. The only negative is communication. At times, water is turned off due to a community issue, but I’ve yet to see a text or email. But, If you have direct questions, the leasing office is informative and will get back to you.

Great place to live Good people who care. Maintenance and office people work to help. The town homes are huge and they have a big pool.
