I really like... (Verified Renter) I really like it here. It' beautiful and neighbors seem nice. It' a bit expensive but we are here for 6 months or so. So I understand short term leases are more expensive. I would like things taken care of. But it' a very nice place

The home was... (Verified Renter) The home was not in move in ready condition. The walls and doors were splattered with liquid, food hand prints etc. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, light bulbs were out in several fixtures. The walls were dirty and splattered. At the least should have repainted the home with fresh paint, as dirty as the doors and walls were. Cabinets were dirty inside, oven drawer had burnt food and a pan left in it. Great place to call home! I've lived here for a couple years and it is such a great place to live. It's safe, quiet, and has friendly neighbors. The amenities are great and the value per square foot is unmatched, in my opinion. I love the space my apartment offers, which is more than enough. I love the layout of the property, too, which makes it easy to go for walks.
