I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend due to the quiet neighbors, the pool is rarely crowded, everyone seems friendly enough. I would not recommend only because not enough updates to the inside of the units are done or when appliances are replaced, they are replaced with used dented ones etc. (My dishwasher) or not replaced/fixed at all (my refrigerator)
