Horrid company enter apartment with out notice. Surprised everything is untouched. Also still cant figure what they do when they come here.
I have had Massey service for my lawn for quite a few years. A few years ago they came and did a sprinkler check. Said it was no good so I fixed it and cost a bit. I never used there pest control but decided since I had a bug issue I would. Called and made an appointment and asked price but they couldn’t tell me till they came out. Obviously trying to sell me the yearly package. Only wanted one treatment. For $200 I could get it but for $485 have a yearlong program. Not the price I expected for a loyal lawn customer. TERRIBLE company (Longwood location). Gradually damaged my lawn with over treatments. Manager Joe at Longwood location was not helpful at all. He seemed uneducated and slow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After spending close to $11k for sprinklers,sod, and lawn care for our lawn we have more problems than ever. You can put your hand or foot down 4-5 inches between the sections of sod that were put too far apart. Their tractors or machines drove to our back yard and broke a neighbors pipe and it has been leaking ever since into the yards. Massey denies they broke it but water never sat in the yard like it has since they did it. His water bill has doubled since then too. I've had Massey service my lawn for about 9 years now, never had a problem, about 2 months ago I had chichi bug damage, the lawn is Stoll not repaired . I've spoke with a supervisor who at first said they would replace the damage, that was 3 weeks ago still no fixed, then he called back and said they would plug my lawn but would take a full season to fill in. I said that is not satisfactory and asked to have the Manager call me. He has yet to call me after 2 days. I've contacted the corporate office to file a complaint.
