Don't waste your money....I paid 147.00 a month for 9 months. Grass is still filled with weeds. It never turned green like Massey promised. I left a review on my local Massey page. They asked for my address and guess what CRICKETS! The only thing I received from Massey was an infestation of millipedes 👍🏻

We have been using this company for 5 years and no problems until now. When we first notified them about the issue with our yard several months ago, the technician blamed us for a faulty irrigation system, yelling at my husband. It was tested and was fine. We contacted the management. They kept sending out different managers. Each one never got back to us and was not aware of what the previous person had done. Guys, stay away from Massey Services, Inc.. I had a termite service with them and this year I signed up for lawn care. I thought that I will combine my bill and save some money. This was the worst decision I made this year. My front grass is pretty much dead. I have a camera in backyard and noticed that they are not even going in my backyard.

Received our quarterly billing from Massey ten days post hurricane Ivan. Our tech said he was here 9/14? Three days post hurricane. We had no power. We're home all week. Never saw our tech. Yard debris everywhere. No way he could have navigated around our yard. But worse yet - we requested response from manager three days ago. No reply. ??? Not so good for business...

Horrid company enter apartment with out notice. Surprised everything is untouched. Also still cant figure what they do when they come here.
