I have not had Massey pest control services at all yet they are charging me for services not rendered. I have cameras at home and have not seen the technician come to the house, plus no invoice have been left on my front door. Where do I send the check with what I supposedly owe to Massey? What is my invoice number, since I don’t have an invoice? Would my account number be enough? Trying to submit a payment has been a headache.

Don't waste your money....I paid 147.00 a month for 9 months. Grass is still filled with weeds. It never turned green like Massey promised. I left a review on my local Massey page. They asked for my address and guess what CRICKETS! The only thing I received from Massey was an infestation of millipedes 👍🏻

We have been using this company for 5 years and no problems until now. When we first notified them about the issue with our yard several months ago, the technician blamed us for a faulty irrigation system, yelling at my husband. It was tested and was fine. We contacted the management. They kept sending out different managers. Each one never got back to us and was not aware of what the previous person had done.
