Called on Thursday to get a termite inspection for my rental property and was extremely clear that the tech who was to conduct the inspection would only share the outcome with myself and my husband - the homeowners. I got a call from my tenant on Friday AM stating what needed to be done and that the tech told them all about it. Totally unprofessional and I STILL haven't gotten a call from them as to what the report was all about. The Lutz location is rude, unprofessional and they do not care about your property or home. Claimed they showed up for appointments, they never did. Claimed to fix issues, they never did. The cherry on top was they didn't even care about losing my business... There is a reason the majority of my neighborhood is going elsewhere. If you can, stay away!

Horrible service. Destroyed my yard and kept charging my credit card month after I fired them. I filed a trespassing and unauthorized use of credit card complaint against them today. Also hired an attorney to sue them for the money I have to pay to resod part of my lawn. They also charged me hundreds to install taller sprinklers and a rain sensor. All they did replace a few heads and charged me for 46 of them. Sprinklers come on during the biggest down pours. Rip off artists. Was talking to neighbors just now and was told ... read more

I finally cancelled service 3 months ago due to getting bills when no service was done. It cost me an extra 350 dollars to start with another company since sentricon baits can't be transferred from one company to another. First they tell me I have to give 30 dAYS WRITTEN NOTICE to which I said either you pick up your baits or I will throw them out . Then they keep sending me bills and when I call they give me some excuse but continue to send bills. I have lived in Florida for 45 years and as such have had numerous pest cont... read more

They didn't deliver. Puffed powder in kitchen product failed. Called numerous times. Cancelled service called repeatedly still getting bills. Changed company as children have asthma and allergy can't have pests Called again today no use. Still being billed even though switched service in January. New company worked first visit.
