They suck! Roaches everywhere. Non existent lawn services. Take your money and harass you with non payment phone calls. Tell you you're not in their service area but they service your next door neighbor's yard without fail? BACO was awesome. MASSEY SUCKS! When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone actually had the balls to tell me that she didn't personally suck! I beg to differ.
Very poor customer service...the office manager was rude and told me i was not a customer bc I'm a resident at an apartment complex...when I explain that the apartment is not paying for the services I am...she said "it doesn't matter our contact is with them"...Im telling everyone I know not to use them and I'll make sure the owner of Massey know how they are treating people...

This company takes your money and does nothing. For example termite bait stations they put around your house, they only check them once a year at least for me they were. It is when you renew they check. Did everyone know this, they take the bait traps when you cancel. lol They never brought up this important fact when they sell the service. You don't get to keep the baits. You pretty much rent them for $300.00 a year. Jokes on them I bought better ones for my house that cost less. Upgrading review to a rating of 3 - good (from a 1). I had a regional manager contact me to discuss the issue. The technician came out and I feel did a much more thorough job and followed up with neighbors. I have been roach free since the last treatment (knock on wood!). I still don't care for the fact that they don't do regular indoor treatments. I've seen a few spiders. But thank goodness the roach nightmare appears to be over and I appreciate the company taking my review seriously. ----------------------------- Original ... read more

We have been a loyal customer since 2009, which we had no lawn problems up until 2014, it was then that our lawn was in bad shape, and we were told it was down to our irrigation system, We were told that if we took out the their irrigation cover we would be garenteed not to have the same problem occur, unfortunately from then on 2014 till present our Lawn is dying off, we pay Massey for all services including lawn, pest control & irrigation, as from May 2017 we were told that the irrigation system was broken and that we need... read more
