It's been a year since I had to stop the Massey technician from doing ANYTHING ELSE to my lawn. He practically killed it last August. When I hired Massey during their sales blitz, in April of 2016' my lawn was thick and pristine. My yard was actually THE NICEST LOOKING LAWN on my street. I don't know what he saturated my yard with but it has never recovered. Could not find a way to rate. Please be sure to check out customer rating. The last one I saw was 2.8. I wish I would have known that before I tried to switch pest services. 1st indication should have been the phrase- sorry you were signed up with out summer people and that is a different office as well as a different number for service? 2nd even though an electronic form was filled out and you provide 3 pieces of identifying information the company does not have your contract on file. I have cancelled my monthly landscaping services back in June of 2017. I am still having technicians coming out and billing me for services. I have called numerous times and have been told that there will no longer be services done to my property - which is obviously not the case as the latest technician came out a few days ago. I was in contact with Rae Lee in Orlando, FL who confirmed earlier this month that my account was cancelled. My husband and I have been very disappointed with massey services. We've been waiting for a call back from the manager of our local store now for almost a month and a half.... Very disappointing and we would NEVER recommend them to family and friends. They lied to us and now won't make it right. Very very upsetting.
They suck! Roaches everywhere. Non existent lawn services. Take your money and harass you with non payment phone calls. Tell you you're not in their service area but they service your next door neighbor's yard without fail? BACO was awesome. MASSEY SUCKS! When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone actually had the balls to tell me that she didn't personally suck! I beg to differ.
Very poor customer service...the office manager was rude and told me i was not a customer bc I'm a resident at an apartment complex...when I explain that the apartment is not paying for the services I am...she said "it doesn't matter our contact is with them"...Im telling everyone I know not to use them and I'll make sure the owner of Massey know how they are treating people...

This company takes your money and does nothing. For example termite bait stations they put around your house, they only check them once a year at least for me they were. It is when you renew they check. Did everyone know this, they take the bait traps when you cancel. lol They never brought up this important fact when they sell the service. You don't get to keep the baits. You pretty much rent them for $300.00 a year. Jokes on them I bought better ones for my house that cost less.
