I had a beautiful green lawn before Massey started taking care of it. After 1 year it is covered with weeds and half dead. I think the service you receive from this company varies from town to town. I hear they do a great job in the Villages ... but here at my St. Pete home ... not so much. Would love to post some before and after pictures.
it is a horrible experience, Massey came to my home for initial visit and I was told that I have the right to cancel within 30 days, after 3 days from the initial visit I canceled the service and they told me to email them the cancellation which I did, I called after 10 days again to follow up and they told me that my account is canceled and I should expect a call from the service manager and he will refund me $95. 2 weeks later I found some guy from Massey came to my house doing service so I called them and they told me th... read more

Tried their service for controlling weeds and was not satisfied with results. Requested refund based on their "Satisfaction Guarantee" and was given a spiel on some weeds are not controllable.......bla bla bla. Now I am not the expert, but they are, so why wouldn't they be truthful up front (after looking at our lawn) and say their treatment won't work??? Instead of charging me for treatment they know won't work. Guarantee is only good if your dealing with honorable people.

I called Monday, April 17th 2017 to cancel my service. I cancelled due to the fact the last 2 services was only done to the front yard. I reminded the customer service rep that my yard is fenced and the gate is locked because I have a pool. I was told my service was cancelled. July 3, Massey left a hanger that my yard had been serviced. I called the 1-888 number, reminded them that I had cancelled back in April. I live in Snellville, GA. After the innitial treatment and a treament 30 days later, I cancelled my Massey service in writing. 60 days later got a call from the local scheduler, Chris wanting to schedule the next treatment. I informed her I had cancelled in writing to Headquarters. Later that day I got a call from the Service Manager, Eric who said that his office was not advised of my cancellation by HQ. Great sales pitch...failed to deliver. I should have known on the first visit that things were not as good as they seemed. The Tech did not do all of the perimeter items. When I asked (as he was leaving) if he was supposed to do certain things, said "Only if you want me to, but they aren't very effective". Things got worse and we had ants like we have not had in 13 years. Took them several visits (ants didn't go away), so we finally took care of the problem ourselves.
