Horrible services. Please go elsewhere. They cheat you out of the pesticide that your paying for. Also, that Roy Lawrence here in Norcross, GA has such distasteful customer service skills. It is not worth your time or your money.

Keeps the bugs away pretty well but every year around December and January they try to say you missed a payment, You check your banking and they are mistaken. So many will pay believing them but its a total scam. This is the 5th year they tried to scam me but my banking proves they have been paid. I still use them for the spray does well but stay on your toes with $$$$$... dont trust them

I have not had Massey pest control services at all yet they are charging me for services not rendered. I have cameras at home and have not seen the technician come to the house, plus no invoice have been left on my front door. Where do I send the check with what I supposedly owe to Massey? What is my invoice number, since I don’t have an invoice? Would my account number be enough? Trying to submit a payment has been a headache.
