Don't bother with this service for your home in Houston. They do not do what they say they do on their report either. They say that they do pest prevention by servicing the outside only.(what a joke) If you need inside service it's by appointment only. I can use bug b gone myself for a lot less, and it works. I also have a inside only service for a condo which has other units on all side and the technician comes in sprays a few spots and leaves in 60 seconds. Massey is a horrible company!!! They never did what they said they would. We're not the only ones that have had similar experiences. Our Lawn was dead within days of the first treatment. We had several meetings with managers who just blamed it on infestation of chinch bugs. They never did a soil test until after our lawn was dead. Which proved there were other issues. They never did an irrigation test which would have shown problem areas(had it done by a different company). And they stained our new white vynil fence... read more

These mediocre ones went to my house they entered without authorization to remove a bait system for termites. We bought the house a year ago and we understand that we pay for the system. There is no contract between this company and us it was something we bought with our new property. They tried to access the back of my property, but the gate was closed. Called on Thursday to get a termite inspection for my rental property and was extremely clear that the tech who was to conduct the inspection would only share the outcome with myself and my husband - the homeowners. I got a call from my tenant on Friday AM stating what needed to be done and that the tech told them all about it. Totally unprofessional and I STILL haven't gotten a call from them as to what the report was all about.
