I have a very bad experience with Massey, they ask for money without a service. I'm trying to reach Massey for months now, - Last July, they invoiced me twice for service against agreement. - Last September, I cancelled the service, but early October I found Massey Paper that they did a service to neighbor but I got another bill. - I complained again, they said they cancelled the service. Zero improvement in lawn in 10 months using them. My bee keeper told me he saw the Massey guy come stake the lawn with the serviced sign and then just leave without performing any type of service on the lawn. Disgusting company. Stay far away. Be sure to also leave your review for them on google, that's where people first look. They can't be allowed to get away with treating customers this way.

Lawn service is awful!! Take a look at all the houses in my neighborhood. Satisfaction money back garenutee still getting a bill for my last attempt at the awful service that took months of back and forth. How is it logical to pay for something that will be refunded?! Don't waste your energy there is better lawn services out there!

I'm a client since 2010. Always had a great lookimg lawn. Now, since June, I have been begging them to fix my yard. They've said it's fungus. I have brown spots all over, crabgrass, etc. They keep sending techs out to spray, etc but after 4 months it's still a disaster zone. A year ago I would have given a 5 star rating. Today it's a 2.

After much research I decided to hire Massey Service to service my lawn at my new house. I have been disappointed with the service I have received from the beginning, now four months (the only good interaction was my initial quote). They don't show up when they are scheduled and they don't fix mistakes when the are made. They are quick to bill, even if services were not completed. The office manager for the Atlanta area is extremely rude and off-putting and displays the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
