Ryan here from Oklahoma, Massey Services bought out a great company called Ecoshield and since this buyout, I never received service. Now I'm getting a collection letter for $79. Good luck collecting.

Sadly - the advertising is nothing near like the service rendered. I so much wanted to think this company was different and really cared about their service and reputation. Love the commercials but it was a mere pipe-dream. Unreturned calls from management left a bitter taste - poor customer service lady left to slop up the mess. Save your money but don't get this service. Period. No bueno. Muy malo.

Today's surprise "controllable weeds" spray has turned my lawn brown, killing my St Augustine Grass too. Massey never delivered as promised to "greenUP" my lawn. Don't trust them to make the same mistake with your St Augustine lawn.

I cancelled my account over 6 months ago and they keep sending bills for services I'm not getting. Then they threaten to send me to collections. I squared up my account when I closed it. I closed it because the guy wasn't coming anyway so I'm not $30 a month for nothing. Now they waste their money sending me certified mail, and I mean TONS of mail, and emails.
