Sadly - the advertising is nothing near like the service rendered. I so much wanted to think this company was different and really cared about their service and reputation. Love the commercials but it was a mere pipe-dream. Unreturned calls from management left a bitter taste - poor customer service lady left to slop up the mess. Save your money but don't get this service. Period. No bueno. Muy malo.

I cancelled my account over 6 months ago and they keep sending bills for services I'm not getting. Then they threaten to send me to collections. I squared up my account when I closed it. I closed it because the guy wasn't coming anyway so I'm not $30 a month for nothing. Now they waste their money sending me certified mail, and I mean TONS of mail, and emails.
Ray Walls I signed up with Massey to do my lawn on August 9, 2016. I had sod planted in my back yard about 8 weeks earlier and had developed a problem. My front yard had been in for years and also had the same problem as the back. Their man Jeff Serano came out and told me I had Chinch Bugs and a lack of water. I told him that I had a very good sprinkler system and watered almost every day with the exception of when it rained. Massey WAS doing a great job on the yard from the start but something happened..... Cinche bugs!! Oh, but Massey blamed me for not watering it. We have a great sprinkler system with double coverage too. I spoke to some type manager but he did not even come out to take a look at the yard to see what I was complaining about. ( See my two comments for before and after pictures) Now I need let anyone who's considering this company to understand what I look at everyday..... I have a very bad experience with Massey, they ask for money without a service. I'm trying to reach Massey for months now, - Last July, they invoiced me twice for service against agreement. - Last September, I cancelled the service, but early October I found Massey Paper that they did a service to neighbor but I got another bill. - I complained again, they said they cancelled the service.
