Massey Services came out Monday to spray WITHOUT permission. Since I had no idea they were showing up, I had 2 large dogs in the backyard so they did not complete the pest prevention. Yet, I was charged for a FULL service!! I have asked numerous times to stop service and keep getting the run around. Since there is NO contract I thought this would be easier. I had Massey for three houses for lawn care. One house the back lawn is brown. The second house has chinch bugs. They advertise money back guarantee but when I asked for my money back they said it's only for one month! Talk about bad advertising! Still have not heard from the regional manager! Not surprised.
Just fired Massey Services, not because of anything the techs did, but because they can't get their billing and office processes together. We signed up for lawn service only on a month to month basis - no contract. We require that the techs call the night before and also ensure our gates are closed after service since we have 3 dogs. Everything was going great for a couple of months and then they started showing up unannounced and treating for "lawn/shrub" service, which we did not want nor did we ask for it. Worst mosquito control service ever. They wait much too long between treatments..up to 5 weeks! I have to call them most of the time to get them to come out, and their excuse is 'we only have one machine'. Calling other options tomorrow.
