Horrible service. Unprofessional and inept. They essentially destroyed 1/4 of my lawn with their "services" and proceeded to say it was my fault. Ignorant.

This only gets one star because I can't give them a negative star. Cost me a lot of money but doesn't make my lawn get any better... I should read and research all reviews here, but too late now. Waste of money!

Massey Services came out Monday to spray WITHOUT permission. Since I had no idea they were showing up, I had 2 large dogs in the backyard so they did not complete the pest prevention. Yet, I was charged for a FULL service!! I have asked numerous times to stop service and keep getting the run around. Since there is NO contract I thought this would be easier.
