The office manager for the Atlanta area is extremely rude and off-putting and displays the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I'll start by saying that I'm not here solely to bash, but to inform others of my experience. I noticed that there are a mix of 1 star and 5 star reviews. I do not know if it is because people on here are from other areas and are commenting with 5 star service, but I experienced no such service. My first encounter with them went well. I called them out to inspect why a patch of my lush, green yard was turning brown. The inspector told me it was because my irrigation system was not working properly and showed me why. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: If there are any issues with the service it is your problem do not expect them to keep their word! I opened an account and for some reason they did not put the account in for payment at the time service was rendered. 3 months later they came back saying I hadn't paid them which I tried to do originally. By the time they came back around, I did not have the money set aside as I had just left the military started a low-paying job. They came and took the equipment out of the ground, and I received a cal... read more

I have had Massey green up for over a year after they re-sodded my yard. I wish I could take a picture of my yard to show you it is all weeds. I pay $60 a month for them to take care of my grass and all I have is weeds. Do not work with Massey!

Massey is the absolutely worst company we've ever done business with. I'm in the legal field and their operation and hidden contract terms are by far the worst I've ever experienced. They sucker you into a year agreement at bi-monthly payments and when you want to cancel, it's like pulling teeth. They ended up telling us that our 12-month agreement with bi-monthly payments required a seventh bi-monthly payment... My four year old can tell you that is not right! They are sending our account to collections because I refuse to ... read more
