Lawn service is awful!! Take a look at all the houses in my neighborhood. Satisfaction money back garenutee still getting a bill for my last attempt at the awful service that took months of back and forth. How is it logical to pay for something that will be refunded?! Don't waste your energy there is better lawn services out there!
I'm a client since 2010. Always had a great lookimg lawn. Now, since June, I have been begging them to fix my yard. They've said it's fungus. I have brown spots all over, crabgrass, etc. They keep sending techs out to spray, etc but after 4 months it's still a disaster zone. A year ago I would have given a 5 star rating. Today it's a 2.

After much research I decided to hire Massey Service to service my lawn at my new house. I have been disappointed with the service I have received from the beginning, now four months (the only good interaction was my initial quote). They don't show up when they are scheduled and they don't fix mistakes when the are made. They are quick to bill, even if services were not completed. The office manager for the Atlanta area is extremely rude and off-putting and displays the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I regret that Massey Services bought out EcoShield pest control because now, instead of doing business with people who have great phone etiquette and sincere appreciation for my business and hard-earned money, I deal with a person who threatens to put a $99 past due balance for a bill with *NO DUE DATE WRITTEN ON IT* on my "credit report" before even asking nicely if I had perhaps possib... read more

I do not know if it is because people on here are from other areas and are commenting with 5 star service, but I experienced no such service. My first encounter with them went well. I called them out to inspect why a patch of my lush, green yard was turning brown. The inspector told me it was because my irrigation system was not working properly and showed me why. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: If there are any issues with the service it is your problem do not expect them to keep their word! I opened an account and for some reason they did not put the account in for payment at the time service was rendered. 3 months later they came back saying I hadn't paid them which I tried to do originally. By the time they came back around, I did not have the money set aside as I had just left the military started a low-paying job.
