I had Massey for three houses for lawn care. One house the back lawn is brown. The second house has chinch bugs. They advertise money back guarantee but when I asked for my money back they said it's only for one month! Talk about bad advertising! Still have not heard from the regional manager! Not surprised.
Just fired Massey Services, not because of anything the techs did, but because they can't get their billing and office processes together. We signed up for lawn service only on a month to month basis - no contract. We require that the techs call the night before and also ensure our gates are closed after service since we have 3 dogs. Everything was going great for a couple of months and then they started showing up unannounced and treating for "lawn/shrub" service, which we did not want nor did we ask for it. Worst mosquito control service ever. They wait much too long between treatments..up to 5 weeks! I have to call them most of the time to get them to come out, and their excuse is 'we only have one machine'. Calling other options tomorrow.

STAY AWAY FROM MASSEY!! Cancelled my services May 7/16 via submission form after repeated no shows for service calls! Lisa Smith emailed me back saying the General Manager would contact me. Finally talked to him. He apologized and told me he would pass the request on. No refund. Emailed Lisa back and said Steve Mitchell (the General Manager from a different office would contact me. I did return his phone call and left a message with the secretary that I wanted my refund. No refund. July 14 received an email from Steve which ... read more

Massey has destroyed my backyard lawn and keeps promising to make it better or replace the lawn. No one ever shows up to make it better. I have written to their corporate office and they don't do anything but refer me to the local Massey Office. Very poor service.
