Worst mosquito control service ever. They wait much too long between treatments..up to 5 weeks! I have to call them most of the time to get them to come out, and their excuse is 'we only have one machine'. Calling other options tomorrow.
STAY AWAY FROM MASSEY!! Cancelled my services May 7/16 via submission form after repeated no shows for service calls! Lisa Smith emailed me back saying the General Manager would contact me. Finally talked to him. He apologized and told me he would pass the request on. No refund. Emailed Lisa back and said Steve Mitchell (the General Manager from a different office would contact me. Massey has destroyed my backyard lawn and keeps promising to make it better or replace the lawn. No one ever shows up to make it better. I have written to their corporate office and they don't do anything but refer me to the local Massey Office. Very poor service.

Could not be more disappointed in this company for landscaping (pest control is awesome) my lawn is brown bald and full of weeds and massy is full of excuses. They put plugs in which died within a few days and there managers and techs contradict each other one says to much water 45 mins later there manger said it is due to drought.

San Antonio location- a nightmare to deal with. I was bill for services that was not provided to my house. When I called, the lady was rude and said there's nothing she can do and that the GM would call me. I am cancelling my service completely if and when the GM calls!
