Massey keeps killing my grass! They tell me it's this & that.. & now look at my grass! They tell me it's my sprinklers (which mind you I pay for them to maintenance them too )... They told me to wait two weeks & it's absolutely the worst I have seen! Please advise on how they can replace my grass

I have worked for the company for a few years had to leave cuz I came down with Parkinson's disease more than likely I got it from the herbicide pesticides fertilizers stay away
Products they use are not working i jave had this service for going on a year just to see if it would start working still not working. I could do buy better stuff at Lowe's or Tractor supply and that is what i am going to do cost is also cheaper than what they are charging.They acting like mobsters as soon as the bill is due they start coming around looking for money.
Had Massey Green Up for several years up until 5+ yrs. ago. Absolutely Fried my whole yard, just about an acre. Fought with them for well over two years to no avail. Promises and promises then lies after lies. Was left a hand written note on my front door on a torn piece of paper by a technician saying that I should take their deal. REALLY???? Will never and I mean never use their Green Up- services again

Wow. Reading the reviews tells me this company is not who I should be using. Unfortunately they bought out the company I had been using so no choice. This was to be my first service with Massey. I received a call regarding scheduled service. I even got charged for it but no one ever came out. I work from home so I'm positive no one came out.

Massey came out to my house (the Odessa Fla office) to rescue and to give me a lawn and after many doubts on my part the salesman talked me into it with no doubts. Well after 5 months I have less lawn and plenty of sand and weeds. So before ending up with a desert for a front yard research all your OTHER options besides Massey.
I had a problem for years with one section of my lawn & nobody there could figure it out. They tried to blame it on my pool equip, lack of water, sprinklers etc. When a new General Manager finally figured it out, I was promised the area would be replaced with new St Augustine after the area recovered. (It was dead & Bermudagrass has taken over the area) The Regional Manager also promised me the same. Now he is no longer with the company, & the new employees won't honor what was promised to me.
