They call to make a scheduled service appointment & the technician never shows up. This is the third time this has happened. I think it's time to find a new pest control service. Massey sucks

I had Massey for 4 years and had no major issues. However, I sold my home and called them to let them know I didn't want to continue with their services because I no longer would be at the house. Unfortunately, they "can't find a record of my call to cancel" and continued to charge me for my services at a house I no longer own. They are now threatening to take me to a collection agency to pay for a service I cancelled. These people are scammers and have horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs! (Especially Kendra)

Massey bought out the company we were using right before the pandemic hit and their service has been lacking, for lack of a better word. They have charged me full price for their quarterly service but yet to do a full service on my home since March. these frauds been coming to "spray" for pests and at my one bedroom and they never got rid of the roaches. in my new 2 bedroom they "sprayed" 3 times in 4 months and i cought and killed a small mouse at 2am so I'm pretty sure their pest techs are coming into my house and spraying water or nothing at all to take money from places ineed of real pest control. please, if your ineed of actual pest control find a legit and effective company to spend your money on for real effective pest service. what are your employee's even doing... read more

Called to update my contact information and scheduled an initial call out. Had to go see a doctor the day of the appointment and called and rescheduled for two days later. Person showed up anyway and freaked my mother in law out, called my wife’s ex since the information they had wasn’t updated. If they can’t handle simple tasks why would I trust them with anything else. Canceled and will look for somebody that can handle the simple things.

I hired Massey in the spring of 2020 for weed/fertilizer treatment and mosquito treatment. I signed up for auto pay so I wouldn't have to remember the bill. Fast forward a few months... I have more weeds than before they started and the mosquito situation was still an issue. I kept hoping it would get better. The straw that broke the camels back was when my gate to my backyard was left open. I have two very large dogs that could have gotten out. I called to cancel the service. Sold a service that they never provided and then when cancelled service they continued to bill without recognizing their "money back guarantee". Local GM in Loganville was indifferent about concerns and feedback. Search around, based on 2.7/5 feedback better off elsewhere.

Signed up with Massey services for lawn maintenance in October. The technician sprayed a bad batch of chemicals on my plants and shrubs. Needless to say they killed 59 plants and badly burned my golden mound shrubs. After speaking with the Winter Haven GM and the service manager my plants or shrubs haven’t been replaced. Massey has serviced my property for several years and things were fine until I recently acquired big head ants. I pay them quarterly for quality pest control to prevent these issues. I’ve asked them several times over the past 2-3 months to rid my home of these ants. Not sure if they can not or will not, but the result is the same, I still have big head ants. Searching for a new qualified pest control company, any recommendations ?
