I hired Massey in the spring of 2020 for weed/fertilizer treatment and mosquito treatment. I signed up for auto pay so I wouldn't have to remember the bill. Fast forward a few months... I have more weeds than before they started and the mosquito situation was still an issue. I kept hoping it would get better. Sold a service that they never provided and then when cancelled service they continued to bill without recognizing their "money back guarantee". Local GM in Loganville was indifferent about concerns and feedback. Search around, based on 2.7/5 feedback better off elsewhere.

Signed up with Massey services for lawn maintenance in October. The technician sprayed a bad batch of chemicals on my plants and shrubs. Needless to say they killed 59 plants and badly burned my golden mound shrubs. After speaking with the Winter Haven GM and the service manager my plants or shrubs haven’t been replaced. They have given me the run around for several months while still collecting their fees from my account. Bad business and very poor communication. Massey has serviced my property for several years and things were fine until I recently acquired big head ants. I pay them quarterly for quality pest control to prevent these issues. I’ve asked them several times over the past 2-3 months to rid my home of these ants. Not sure if they can not or will not, but the result is the same, I still have big head ants. Searching for a new qualified pest control company, any recommendations ?

Called 5 times to transfer existing services for lawn and termite. No call backs, no quotes.
We had service and then you cancelled it without informing us! Now, the cost has doubled. Punishing a customer because they forgot to pay is absurd. Especially during this past year! Great way to treat my Mother in Law, who will be 81 in a few weeks! We do not recommend this company!!!

While I can’t speak about the service of this company (because I’ve never used them) I can say that their service techs are incredibly rude. Repeatedly they’ve caused issues on our road parking on a major street and today blocking both lanes of traffic. People had to drive on neighbors lawns to get around them and this particular tech didn’t even flinch. As a whole a little courtesy could go a long way here. Management needs to instruct their employees to park on side roads or in driveways, common sense.
