Increased price in oil change by 56% from $79.95 to $125.00. Service Advisor stated there is new Service Director at McKinney GMC dealership. It appears with the new Service Director there comes a new direction and objective at McKinney GMC and that is to price gouge customers.

This was my second visit. Customer service is horrible. I had an appointment for an oil change. I pulled up and sat in the car for 5 minutes. No one came out to greet me. I had to get out and ask for help. They completed the oil change and did not top off my fluids. No windshield wiper fluids was in my tank. I don't recommend this location.

Went for a truck wash I arrived at 12:30 almost one and a half hours later nobody had come over to let me know that it was ready until I went to the service desk to ask them, said that it was ready but nobody told me where the truck was parked I spent about 15 minutes looking for it to see that the job was very poorly done it had water spots on the bumper grill and windows I will think twice about taking it for service again.

It took 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change even after I had made an appointment for 11:00

They cant figure out what has been wrong with my yukon since I bought it 11 months ago and It keeps leaving me stranded out of state. I tried to make a deal on a differnet truck with them since they cant seem to fix it and they tried to rip me off

Went looked a truck , agreed on numbers for trade a their vehicle,got buyers order went to my credit union an in process of me getting the wire transfer sent they sold vehicle. Will not shop there ever again.
