Bad experience this time with Marc! Delivered car on Friday morining 8.20 am & received texton 5:49 PM same day for pick up! Once reached to service station, couldn't get Car delivery & found that they lost my key somewhere. Has to come back again on next day. Very disappointed & & I lost my half day of Saturday! Will not come back to this location again.

The alignment tech made my four wheel alignment much worse and the Service Advisor blamed the problem on me. They had to realign the vehicle, taking 3 hours, while I waited for it. It's disappointing to have such a low level of integrity at a Mercedes dealer.

I brought my car 10,000 miles service which was $350. associate asked for alignment service which I declined because I didn't feel that car was pulling right or left. But since I have serv ice done my car is pulling on right side. I'm very surprised that why all of a sydeen car started to pulling on right side. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. If this is your way of treating customer, I would never back to your place again. I must right a google review about the experience I have got at this dealership.

Waited in line for 25 min. to receive my loaner. (After waiting 15 min. for my service specialist to finally show up.) First time the service was a bit lousy.

car had to go to them twice and was thus delayed an additional week. also first week, they took their sweet time not doing all the work they needed to do. Guess the only decent dealership left in dallas is park place

Very very bad service department I have used Mercedes for past over 30 years. But I wont advise anyone or for me.

I don't know what is going on in my car since It came out from maintenance; I started hearing some kind of crazy noise coming out from the Engine of my E350 Mercedes. I'm afraid, There is no way I can drive it anymore. I called MB Of Plano, But No Adviser picked up my phone. I don't know what to do.
