Routine service appointment. Car returned with wiper blade broken. Service advisor did not tell the truth about checking glove compartment for my insurance card. Said it wasnt in there when it was. When questioned by Manager he said he doesnt like to dig through glove compartments.

It took too long for car to be service. Also I received car back with dirt & oil on drivers mat. I complained to service advisor & he had guys clean car. There were Mercedes employees & customers there not wearing masks while the Virus is still spreading!!!

Please be aware of this dealer if you would like to trade your car. They value my car almost 40 percent less than carfax. They play the game to sell the vehicle. I have very bitter experiences there, I won't back there anymore even though I purchased the vehicle because of the wife. I rather go McKinney Mercedes dealer.

Tow truck company contracted by MB lost the Tow cap from the front. At least thats what MB said, havent heard from MB nor the Tow Truck company.

Worst service that I have ever experienced in my entire life and no one I know has ever heard of such an egregious incident at any other automotive service center. However, MB of Plano let another customer leave the premises in my car (as a loaner) when the service was complete. When I finally got the car back, I had to return it because the repair job was incomplete. I wouldn't expect this type of service anywhere; so, I am very disappointed with Mercedes Benz. Zero Stars
