The staffs are very cordial and attentive,.from the very first greeter to the last.MB of Plano are clean especially the waiting room with the snacks bar.I just wish they will put back the fruits,bagel & cream cheese.That will be lovely.Lastly Manny Rodriguez updated me several times while waiting in the waiting /snack room on the progress of my car service.Very professional guy.Cordial.
