No waiting time when I arrived, which is a huge improvement over the years I've been a customer. Friendly reception. Reasonable drop off and pick up from my home. The only complaint is that in my 20+ years of being a Mercedes owner, the cost of scheduled service has skyrocketed in the last 2-3 years, especially this year. Yes, hyperinflation is inflating prices everywhere, but this recent price for the items being addressed is ridiculous. But I'll keep the pricing separate from the overall service.
My service advisor, Diego, is great. He kept my informed through the whole process, and the service finished faster than anticipated.
