SO MANY FAKE REVIEWS BELOW Do not live here. They decided to partner with a towing company and make money by towing cars for being a few hours over the allotted time slot. In an EMPTY parking lot. Towing company they partner with caused 1000$ in damage and none of them will take responsibility. They don’t answer the phone, and neither does the tow company. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN THIS AREA!!!! Run.

Filthy! The upkeep is horrible. Please do not believe the previous reviews! I moved here Jan 2021 everything was good. Since switching i management I guess - they do not care. Horrible. Trash throughout building. Breezeways are not washed at all since I moved here. They talk about fining people for violating, but nobody is ever violated. Can’t be, because trash is all over the place. Such a horrible experience, but want to make the complex super expensive. For what?

Absolutely loved the complex when it was under Jefferson management, however, since Mercer bought the property it’s been horrible. The staff is pretty much non existent, when they are around they’re rude, and they simply don’t care about their tenants. Normal maintenance items that should be free at an apartment complex, such as replacing a water filter in a refrigerator cost $75 to have them replace!?!? I can buy a 3 pack of them for a fraction of that cost. They care about making money and that’s it. If you complain about ... read more
