Verified Renter Had a few hiccups when i first moved in with the garage being programmed to another fob and the mailbox key not working at all but everything has smooth since then.

Verified Renter Clean, Well maintained and good amenities, has a good mail room and noise is generally good except by the pool at night sometimes, helpful leasing office personnel and good rent prices!

Verified Renter Great apartments and I’ve been enjoying the update to amenities. However, trash policy needs to be reinforced with punishment for those who can’t follow. I see that you all constantly sends out the email. It appears to not be working and apparently no one is getting fined like the email states. I’ve been staying here going on two years and my neighbors have left their trash out every single night. So I have to walk out to see trash in the hall every morning and it attracks bugs by my door.
