Please, take my advice, and never rent here. Since day one I have dealt with every issue under the Sun. Everything is filthy and there are cigarettes all over the floors. None of the appliances ever work, and the fire alarm randomly goes off throughout the night. Between that and the water always being shut off, I don’t know which is worse. If I could give zero stars i would. It's not safe or secure. Drug addicts use in the stairwells. Maintenance does not fix issues. They'll let you go without heat in winter and no plumbing. People steal ALL THE TIME. The building is falling apart. The front office is delusional and must be living in the nicest units because the rest of the building suffers and they don't care. Laura kevin and Ana are very friendly! they helped me a couple days ago. Laura is very dedicated person and cares about my needs. i have 2 kids and she tailored to my housing needs.made sure the apartment is big enough and convenient for all of us :) give that girl a raise now!
Its always a headache when anyone is moving.information always gets messed up and we all start playing the blame game, not here the process for applying and getting into meridian towers was as smooth as a baby’s bottom! The room was exceptionally clean the staff has been absolutely amazing and the help has been wonderful. Thank you to the lovely Laura who helped along the process she is genuinely one of those people whom cares about her job and the residents that live here. I look forward to calling this place home.
My name is Brandon G and I've been living here 5+ years. Laura does a great job in communicating, cleaning the property is done Monday- Friday and it's great. Kevin in maintenance does a great job with work orders. I haven't had any issues 😀
