Poor quality and workmanship for our new build.Our home was built in 2020, floor is peeling off, buckling, separating, clumps of sheet on the walls, unfilled holes in sheet rock, office doors patched and painted. The customer service during our build was poor once we put your money down. Please come see my home before you put any money down to build.

Meritage compnay they such a Liar company have been disputing in regards to our newly home that was purchased back in August 19th 2021. As a first buyers , we have been surprised with lots of circumstances from the day we entered our home. As soon as noticing anything , we did our duty to report it without any hesitations and expected to have it fixed . We decided to get pre-qualified to purchase a home in the Orlando area. The sales team in the community is very nice and has great communication. I do understand the challenges of the housing market but my problem with Meritage is that when they release homes, they do it in first come first served basis. This method sounds fair but it assumes that everyone is getting the email at the same time. That is not how email works though. Worst builder of all time. Cheap labor, cheap materials, unexperienced subcontractors, clueless project managers, nothing but problem after problem and deceitful practices.

If I could give it no stars I would. This is our first home together and we are both first time home buyers. Let’s me start out by stating this company will do whatever it takes to cut Corners to save a dollar. We started out with having a yard both sides and back that was a constant flood and never dried up until they FINALLY came and fixed the issue ( this was after a few neighbors got together and realized that we all were having the same problems with water sitting.) it’s almost like they don’t want to make things right ... read more

House been build now. But too many changes are been made. So, many major changes. Trying to bargain but is not working. They cover themselves all on the contract. So petty much have to take what ever changes they make to the house.
