For the area,... (Verified Renter) For the area, this is probably the best for the price. The units that were remodeled due to flooding are nicer. This area does flood very often but besides the original flood a few years back, it hasn't reached the doorway again.
Really, the only... (Verified Renter) Really, the only thing that would make me hesitate to recommend Nob Hill are recent developments related to neighborhood safety.
The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff has no orientation of where people needs to go to things to many offices and not enough knowledge from part of the staff the apartment walls are way to thin to the point you close a door and the whole building knows you left or just got home, the parking is a joke especially towing cars left and right, pool are mostly closed not a fun summer.
I had to... (Verified Renter) I had to call twice regarding my leaking ceiling which turned out to be my AC leaking. My fence still has not been fixed.
