Houston Texas where everyting is Crazy BIG!!! Houston Texas where everything is BIG! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom palace is 1700 square feet. So for me (mom) and my 2 adult kids it's absolutely perfect! While actually NOT a palace, its cozy and right next to the Bayou which is great for jogging except that for now its 100 degrees outside and feels like 112. Taking the Bad with the Good Good-lots of space. Nice personal balcony, front and back, WAS all bills paid, rent was approx $1100. Bad-Brown water, consistently, no more all bills paid and it stays hot in summer until night, gigantic water bugs, mold under tiles, in vents, and in bathroom, won't update anything for current tenants.
This is Life at Jackson Square under a new name Look. Maybe the new owners are going to try and turn things around for real this time. But the issues with LJS are a well documented matter of public record, and as a former resident I feel you deserve to know about them: - Horrible pest problems including roach, flea, and rat infestations - Frequent failures of the HVAC and sewage. Verified Renter Living at the life of jackson square has been awful. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to a work order. Something is always broke including AC/Heat and laundry facilities.

Verified Renter If you are looking for a nice interior and don’t care about nothing else. This is the place for you. Lights will shut off sometimes, A/C may shut off sometimes and water will be cold every now and then.

Verified Renter When I moved in it was great. Very clean and quiet. Over the years it has become loud, more crime, ans just not a great place to live. The gates don’t work most of the time. I believe all tenants should be provided a gate opener. I had one and when it stopped working I was never given a replacement.
