My maintainer request... (Verified Renter) My maintainer request was much easier to submit and much much more quickly responded to than in the past. I believe Nob Hill is continuing to try to improve the property and the community.

Over the last... (Verified Renter) Over the last 6 years I have seen these apartment decline. I understand that this is an older community but I have also seen very little been done to enhance the community. I love living here but there is more that need to be done that just painting the doors and putting new numbers on the door. What about all the sitting areas that being un-kept,the pot holes in the parking areas,trash all around the community, and the over all curb appeal of the property to gain residents.
