Some Good, Some Bad, Some Ugly There's a bit of good, bad and ugly with this printer. First, the good: It was a really easy setup. I chose to download the software instead of using the CD that was included, and that worked well. An all in one which will last you for years to come! We do a lot of printing in our house and having this one is a real boost! So many great things to say, starting with the fact you are given along with it 12 cartridges so that you will have two years of ink supply, even if you print 300 copies per month! Along with that you can print regular size paper and legal size paper which other printers on the market do not. Really nice all-in-one. . . .if you don't print too much. This is one of those situations where you really have to do your research to make sure this is the right machine for you. Here’s who will benefit most from this printer. . . • Someone who doesn’t print a lot. I've tried all the troubleshooting and have blown through so many cartridges with it's "cleaning" feature to try to improve the print quality. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER

Printer has 2.5 year life span Printer worked great for first 2.5 years with moderate use then the print quality deteriorated rapidly. Performed maintenance functions multiple times. Nothing helped. If you want a printer that lasts longer, look elsewhere.
Very disappointed I purchased this printer for use at home. It’s never printed well, despite changing the cartridges repeatedly. The color is ghosted or completely missing, even with a brand new cartridge. I love my Brother B&W printer but this one is awful. (Mentions print quality)
Don't waste your money I have had other Brother printers that were workhorses, but this is junk. Problems include not being easily found on wifi networks. Mediocre picture quality. MOst importantly constantly reports jams that aren't there. I spend more time messing with this printer than printing. It's going in the garbage.
