Black Ink Clogs After Every Use Have had this printer now for 1.5 years. Taken very good care of and works fine except for every time it sits over night you have to unclog the black ink or you get vertical and horizontal lines throughout your print job. Then you have to spend 5-10 minutes getting the printer ink unclogged. Not cool.
not worth the money Bought this printer in Oct. 2018, and decided to spend more money on a printer as I use it for church and work at home, as well as making all greeting cards I need. I am soooo disappointed in this printer. I do not mind plastic machines, but this one is of poor quality. The colors are weak, and it is so very fragile to use. very low quality this printer makes lines in my copying and the feeder does not work most of the time, just gives an error message. The printing is dull, very disappointed.
No envelopes!! I like the printer, but it refuses to print envelopes, no matter the size. Will not buy this product again
Good printer until..... Good printer for 1st year but has no longevity. Was happy with it for the first year or so, good enough print quality. Then it started showing cleaning error whenever I physically turned the printer off and back on. It would reset after awhile. Then it would take longer and longer to reset. Cleaning error message would say there was a paper jam in the back...but there was no jam. Now it took an entire evening to reset and is working again but now prints lightly even with new cartridges. Poor printer! Don’t buy it Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this printer. I have it for around 6 months and is already not working as should! I rarely use the color printing and it’s already not working! One time I changed the black inc and now this spreads the ink on some of the pages. The print quality is low and it is a slow printer.
Windows 10 drivers are not working Hardware looks fine - I can print and scan using memory card. But windows 10 drivers were created by amateurs - seems like they we're ported from windows 95 and never been updated since then. Software is a piece of junk, returning it
Ink doesn't last I bought this printer to save ink. I have printed a total of one page of color, but it has run out of color ink twice. This is a major problem because it won't let you print in black if you run out of color ink. After doing some research, the reason the printer loses so much color ink is because the printer will actually use the color ink to print black-and-white text. In some ways, it's a brilliant tactic to make people buy more ink. As for me, I am going to throw this printer away.
