No way to hardware connect iPhone to printer and no way to keep WiFi connection. This is the worst “air printer” I’ve ever had. It drops the connection and the brother tech can not help unless I give him access to my lap top. I told him I’m using iPhone but he insist I get a lap top.

Sorry excuse for a printer I did a lot of research before buying this printer last Spring, but now I know you can't always go with good reviews. The first one I bought was awful (a real lemon). DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER! YOU'LL BE SORRY! I'd give this ZERO stars if I could. Don't bother buying this cheap, badly designed product. Where do I begin? Every time you pull out the paper tray, the guide that makes sure the printed paper doesn't fly on the floor when it prints, falls off. EVERY TIME! The wi-fi has never worked properly causing my kids to purchase another printer. Every element of the design is the WORST. it prints better. Just unfortunate that the features we got for ... WiFi keeps disabling and I’ve done more than a few hours of troubleshooting, resetting, reformatting to get it working again only for nothing to work permanently. I’ve read that it’s the auto sleep mode’s fault. And since you can’t diable that, it’s a constant issue. Just use the USB, it prints better. Just unfortunate that the features we got for it are useless now.
If you are looking for quality, you need to keep looking. I'm quite not thrilled by this printer. It jams regularly, muddles print orders and does not print high quality, especially for photos. I tried to make it work for a bit too long and when I went to my order page to return it, learned that I'd exceeded the return date (which is 30 days I now see.)
Broke with less tha 100 copy’s made Not good .Got paper jam and never would work after cleared several times.

Malfunctioned stating it has jammed paper after two months, there wasn't no jammed paper...did troubleshooting with tech on the line since return period had expired by 6 days. I wanted to return it but they only offered a replacement product. Will NEVER buy a brother product again. Don't buy it to save yourself trouble.
