Five Stars Work ok with PC and Mac
Printer, scanner, copier, and fax works flawless ... Printer, scanner, copier, and fax works flawless. Caution: If you have software (i.e. PaperPort) that is newer or a higher version on your computer. You may need to delete the Brother module software, and re-install the newer version. It will overwrite. Or, you may need to do a custom install and leave out the older module, if you can. I just ran the software to get the drivers loaded and then deleted the older pgms and re-installed my newer modules.

Great all-in-one Printer This is the best printer I've ever used. The company seems dedicated to quality. It is very simple to set up and has easy to use software. This thing is quite bulky and on the heavy side, but overall it was worth it. I love that it's wireless!
LC2740DW Satisfied. Contrary to other reviews, the software installed with no problems on WIN7 x64 platform. Both scanning and printing work as advertised for both simplex and duplex. This printer is a replacement for the MFC7640W that I had for 3 years. Very satisfied.
Four Stars Rough getting it to work wireless. Had to call Brothers for information on connecting wireless.
Just WHat I need I chose to replace my Brother MFC 8440 after many years of service. After exhaustive search, I settled for MFC L2740DW. So far so good. It's just what I need.
