Great quality. Easy set up. Easy to use. we got this printer replacing a cheap Canon. Set up very easy. Wireless connection as easy as using a cell phone. very nice printer. If using a windows 8 format you need to go to add printer after your set up and select it to enable the wireless connection to your computer. Great device with lots of features. Apps could use some updating. This printer has been easy to set up and operate. It scans both sides of the document on a single pass through the Automatic Document Feeder. It has a lot of options that I have yet to explore. One item I wish was a little better developed is the Dropbox scanning app. When saving directly to Dropbox via the internet, it only allows you to save the file to a folder on the root directory. For once, no buyers remorse on a printer! I've had this a couple weeks now and we're quite happy with it. I decided to go laser this time around after going through yet another color inkjet multifunction. Sadly, inkjets these days are built to sell the printer for cheap and kill you with ink replacement or whole unit replacement when things start clogging. Plug and play and print..easy to set up This printer is truly plug and play, I have never had one set up so easily! I literally took it out of the box, put the toner in, connected it to my wireless and it was ready to go. I downloaded the Brother app from the Play Store (Android phone) and it was simple to print at that point. One minor gripe but otherwise very good Great features, especially the color function screen. It has duplex scanning and printing. Print quality great, which is something I am used to with Brother. Nuisance issues: Unless if I am missing something, there is no one-touch scan button. You need to open up the Brother Utilities to get to the scanning software. That is an unnecessary extra step.
