Mac Users - Do Not Fear This! I’m very pleased with my Brother MFC2740DW. After reading some scathing 1 star reviews about it and non compatibility with Macs I approached the purchase with some trepidation. However, most Mac Forums rate Brothers higher than all others in usability with Macs so I bought it and am not sorry. This is my second Brother Multi machine. Great laser printer! I really love this printer! It was very easy to set up (wirelessly) and prints fast as lightning. Great detail (well, it is a laser). I love the automatic duplex scanning and printing..makes things a lot easier. The touch screen controls are nice as well. Faxing worked like a charm. It is a pretty large and heavy printer so you will need some space to place it. Clearing paper jams is easy. All areas of the printer are easy to access. Really haven't found anything not to like, so far.

not very easy to "put together" I had always been an HP fan. I had had only two HP printers in the last 20 years. So when I needed a new one of course I bought another HP. And quickly returned it - it was poorly built, did not really provide the services I needed, not very easy to "put together". Difficult to find whom to contact on HP website. Not good at all for me.
