I have worked with Teresa twice now during the course of 5 years, and I must say she's one of the best! I wouldn't go elsewhere! our process was seemingly easy and stress-free. Teresa did and excellent job guiding us throughout the loan process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Teresa for anyone shopping for a new home loan or refi, hands-down!

My husband and I have refinanced our home several times and have always went with Teresa. Teresa and her team have been so timely when time was of the essence on our part. Never once did we ever wait for information from her. She is professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant to talk with. We would not go with any other company. She is simply the BEST!

I have had the pleasure of working with Teresa McNeill-Balian on several occasions. She is always professional, informative, knowledgeable, helpful and most of all honest. Alice made it a point to do her best making my first home buying experiencing as smooth as it can be. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions which was very important to my as this was a learning experience.

To put it bluntly, I was terrified of the whole FTH process but Teresa and her team made everything as easy as possible (even when I made it difficult by changing jobs). From the pre-approval all the way through to the closing, Teresa was available for anything (and even a few occasions where I needed reassurance in what I was doing was not only correct, but best for me in my investment). I will certainly be pressing my friends and family to go through Teresa and Mid-Island Mortgage in the future!
