My daughter had some unfortunate things happen to here such as her car being stolen twice. We go to Nissan and was able to get another vehicle not only did they make it happen and did more than went above and beyond to get my daughter in a car the same day. If you want a straight up guy ask for Kevin! Very straight forward. I went to 3 dealerships prior to him and he is the only dealer that truly looked out for me and my needs. I didn't leave stressed out or disappointed.

Never purchased a car here, but was standing in parts and no one was there to help. No biggie, I called the front and they paged the parts guy to come up. He didn't show, but the gm ran over from left field to help. That was impressive and appreciated. Few minutes later the parts guy came and I was out. Ty

Service review....from start to finish, I was absolutely happy and satisfied. Book the apt online for a $600 service. Prices were clear, as the details of the service. I was reminded with a phone call and text. Day of appointment, was greeted immediately. My service writer Harrison was outstanding. I could tell he was busy, but Harrison never let on he was stressed and provided me with total attention. He gave me a true eta on time. Which they finished faster then what Harrison quoted! I was having an issue with my car starting intermittently and took it to Midway Nissan. I was very pleased with the service I received from Jacob. The issue was related to a recall for the brake switch which was covered at no cost to me. I was thankful it didn't turn out to be a costly problem and was very happy with the honesty and service I received from Midway Nissan! Thank you Jacob and to your mechanics and dealership! I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Autoparts just made huge recovery for the one star rating by finding me all the parts I need and giving me a little discount on one made my day. Nice job overturning with really good customer service from dif department than body evident.
