The process was very smooth from start to finish. Zero pressure, fair price, excellent follow up. My wife and I will probably buy a new car there next.
The rating is purely because Steve Emerson made it a very nice experience! No pressure! We thought the whole team was friendly! Steve was great at answering questions.... Everyone at MINI was fantastic. Never felt pressured like I have buying past cars, and everyone made the whole process of buying a car easy and actually enjoyable. I went in feeling anxious and left with a new car and a great experience.
I have been a customer of MINI of St. Louis for 12 years. My 2010 Laurel edition MINI Cooper S was my second purchase. I have always had great service and customer support. I am now a Grandfather with small grandchildren in car seats and needed more room. I live in the country with my wife and 4 dogs so need bigger and four wheel drive. Over the course of my lifetime I have purchased roughly 30 new cars. I have never had as enjoyable and stressless experience as I did with Mini of St. Louis. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car.
I had a great experience choosing my second mini. Steve Emerson was very knowledgable about all the particulars and helped me come to an informed decision. I went from a 2010 Cooper to a 2016 Cooper S and am very happy. I went back for "second date" two weeks after I purchased the car, and Steve answered questions I had about settings. I now listen to music on my phone through the car speakers, use the green mode for driving and save gas at red lights with the auto start/stop function. Thanks Steve!!
Not your traditional dealership. I walked onto the lot and wasn't immediately swarmed by salespeople. I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Would definitely work with Dustin again.
From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, the salespeople were informative without being pushy, helpful without being in our face. Ultimately, I (main driver of the car) chose a Countryman, but not before driving many cars on the lot and changing my mind a couple times about which model to purchase. All the while, our salesperson (Dustin) and the manager (Neil) were both very patient, laid back and helpful.
