They were précised about the drop off and pick up time, and they kept me up to date about the what was being done to my car. The service was OUTSTANDING to the point that it even impressed my husband who never ever comments about service. Because the service to my car was not done on time (trouble with radio) they gave me a loaner to drive, and even brought my car to my work and exchanged their service car. Stopped in today to get the scheduled oil change etc., required for my 2014 hardtop, as usual I was greeted by Todd, who quickly took care of the paperwork as usual. As I have said before on past experience's with mini service department all of the people in that department are great to work with.
My experience was great! Dustin was very informative about each "mini" question I had (and I had many). He was able to give me specific details regarding each make and model as we viewed the options in the lot. He listened to what I wanted in my Mini and helped direct me to the models that held the options I wanted and the best deals. Even financing went smooth and everyone was super friendly. Thanks Mini!! I bought a new 2016 Mini convertible. Karen Fortune was outstanding. She worked w/ me to get the car I wanted. She kept me apprised of the process the whole time. She then took me through the car when it arrived and explained all the details of the car. She then has stayed in contact w/ me after this to make sure I am satisfied and have no further questions. This is my second Mini Convertible bought from them and the service has just kept getting better.
I went to this dealership to test drive a Mini Cooper that my husband had seen on their lot. Karen my salesperson was very sweet. She went on the test drive, did not even get upset when I drove the Mini to my home to get a picture of it in my driveway to send to my husband. The purchase went smoothly. We have always received great sales and service here. We have two Minis from them. We get a VIP feeling. The service department will let you know what is going on, and estimated price prior to fixing. In sales, Steve Emerson worked hard to seal the deal. Trust, value, and respect is what we received, what we give to them.
Mini of St. Louis sales and service are completely superior to any other. I now own my third Mini in 12 years and am still impressed with fairness on trade in as well as new car price. I've always received an education in new models, styles and improvements to the Mini. As usual, the improvements are outstanding. Due to expert sales staff and efficiency in completing paperwork I can motor off the lot and begin the fun.
I walked in with the intention of more or less just browsing around at the many Mini options. I've been looking for all different kinds of Minis over the past few months. However, let me tell you, the atmosphere of this dealership just captivates you and draws you in. I walked and was greeted by Steve during my lunch break. Steve had the inventory at his fingertips and immediately my dream car from my description appeared on the screen. I spent 30 minutes finding the car and filling out the paperwork. (one easy form) Steve worked with Tina in finance on my terms and then some. I picked up my car on a Saturday and realized Steve brews an awesome cup of coffee as well! Totally pleasurable experience and completely painless! James K
