I went to Mini of STL with the possibility of purchasing a Mini. I'm just not a BIG car person. Karen was awesome in locating a mini just for me.
Rick, Dave, Carrie, Mary, and everyone else there go above and beyond to make sure my car is working great. I have two older minis, and by now, they all know me by name! This is a great team and I have never had a bad experience.
This dealership made it very easy for me to purchase my new MINI. Sales person and finance person were great to work with. Price and value were right what I was looking for.
Bought my first Mini 4 years ago. Karen was the best. When I wanted a new one - no question where I was going. I called Karen -told her what I wanted - she called back with exactly the news I wanted to hear. Committed to it over the phone. One week later drove 3 hours to pick it up site unseen. Had my new one 1 week now and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Karen and Tina for making my experience a "will come back for more" one. Great bunch of people to work with.

Who knew buying a car could be fun! It helped that it was a beautiful day for test driving... Everyone was amazing and helpful. I have already recommended them to two friends and I just got my car yesterday!
Within 3 days, my husband and I purchased a shiny black 2013 Volkswagen CC. Our sales agent, Dustin, was very attentive as we each test drove the car of choice. This vehicle purchase was 7th vehicle purchase. I have purchased from three private owners (FSBO), Subaru, Lexus, Chrysler and now Mini of St Louis. My husband and I stopped by Mini a few weeks ago, we test drove a few cars however, I explained to Steve that I would not be ready to purchase for 6 months or so. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars and offers of free financing. He was not pushy and said that he would touch base with me as it go closer to my desired time.
