We thought we would check out a Mini and ended up buying one and really enjoy it... convertible... We have had it for a couple weeks now and it is a lot of fun to drive around town and even to the lake. .
Through the years, I've jumped from one car to another, and I've dealt with a lot of dealers all around. But this dealer which is Minin of St. Louis was the most best experience ever. When I got there, looking for my new car, I met with one the best sales people I've ever dealt with her name is miss Kate Bryan. She was very welcoming, friendly, professinal and helpful. Then after that I had the same experience with miss Tina Louge, from the financing dept. The whole buying car experience was a wonderful great experience.
This is our 2nd Mini. We went from a "lightning" blue 3 dr hardtop to an "electric" blue 5 dr hardtop.We love our Mini! Our salesperson, Karen is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. Knowing ahead of time that Mini doesn't negotiate on sales price, makes the whole car buying experience so much more relaxed and fun. There are so many different ways to personalize your vehicle and make it fit your style.
We visited the dealership for a regular maintanance, oil change, filter change etc., Dave and Rick were very friendly and helpful. Will visit again in the future!!
Steve was great. Cosiderate of my time and friendly and low pressure. Process was quick including financing. Love my car. This is my second Mini but my first convertible.

I really dislike buying cars. Now that is out of the way, I can say that this was a good experience, and Karen was very helpful, patient and attentive throughout the process. I think I got the car I wanted at a decent price. Tina, the finance person was very good and waited while we thought through all our options. I would buy another car from them.
I pretty much knew what I wanted on my new Mini as far as accessories and exterior looks. Finding the right interior look was another story with so many options. Karen Fortune came to my aid. She patiently showed me how to select complementary options until it all just fell into place. Karen is very talented in this area. I was very pleased with the outcome. Came in to have a wheel repaired and painted (after scraping it against the curb) and Todd was very helpful. He even had them change my oil so I wouldn't have to make another appointment in a couple of months. Gave me a loaner car and fixed everything like new! Very friendly service department, taken care of quickly and efficiently.
