I found a used Toyota Camry on line at the Mini Dealer and came into take a look. Helpful staff and willing to negotiate on price.
This was my first car purchase and it couldn't have gone more great. Karen saw me looking and helped me right away within minutes of browsing the lot. When the car I wanted was sold she immediately found me another one that was even better. She made sure I would be the one that would get the car and worked quickly with me so nobody else would buy it before me. Got my first Mini in England, 2005. That car was serviced there for the next 5 years. Purchased Mini #2 in STL as well as a Countryman in 2016. Always get honest and fast service. No regrets and never feel like I didn't get value for the money I spent. Rick and Dave in service are great. Carrie is always a joy to deal with and Karen made the purchase of our Countryman a pleasure.
Steve was just right. No pressure but helpful. He let my wife and I come to the decision to buy on our own. He knows his product inside and out. Told him we weren't buying that night, yet we went home with a great new car. Thanks again.
Originally visited the dealer to look at a used Mini. When we did not see the one advertised, we were leaving when a porter parked a Countryman in the color I was looking for. He told us the Mini was inside. As we were looking at the Mini, Steve Emerson approached us. He sent us out on a test drive and had me hooked. I was not leaving without that car. What a great guy! Spent a lot of time introducing me to my new baby. And Thanks to Tina for finalizing all the paperwork.
Had an issue with a tire. The dealer went way out of their way to get me going in very short order. Absolutely fantastic experience.
