Nice people at Mini from the service and the people in the store and sales. Not high pressure but take care of your needs. Even gave me something for a headache, (the headache wasn't from the deal).
I was in desperate need for a vehicle. I contacted several used a new car dealerships around town. Steve was the only person I spoke to who sat down with me and discussed my needs and financial situation. He found the perfect car for me and made the experience feel like he was working for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The finance manger, TIna, was also a pleasure to work with.
I have bought a lot of autos in my time ( 57 years old ) and have never been to a dealership twice. Mini of St. Louis is so much better than any other dealer . The integrity and honesty of the entire service department is unrivaled. My next car will be another Mini. On a scale of 1 - 10 Mini of St. Louis gets 11 !
Mark was very knowlegable about the models and helpful to us in making our selection, We found this to be a great car buying experience and felt no pressure from Mark. The test drive was prompt and helpful.
The only word I can think of is amazing! MINI of St Louis has a fantastic sales team and the process was so comfortable! I went in to look for a car to replace my old commuter, but I didn't know if a MINI would be right for me. If only every car dealer was like Mini of St.Louis this would truly be a wonderful world. So I broke down at the Mini dealer with my Cooper...not being from the area and having my family with me it was kind of a nerve racking moment....Until I met Neil...He was able to talk to his Service Manager (on his day off by the way) and get me into the shop, So now I'm an hour away from home with no ride...and this is where Mini will out shine EVERY CAR DEALER EVER.
