Everyone at Mini of St. Louis has been wonderful to work with. I started looking at MINIs online and was immediately contacted by Bill Harada. Drove in with no appointment to get wiper blades .replaced. Service Technician Rick took care of it with a smile. I Sat down had A cappuccino in the. Lounge. Looked at a few new cars in the super nice and clean show room. Car was ready to go in no time at all. 20 minutes tops Mini is a fun car and the service dept is great. Always a fun experience.
We just bought our third Mini. Great dealership. Good people to deal with in both the sales and service departments. Well built cars and a great dealer. I recommend the cars and dealership to anyone.
We just purchased a new Mini (our third) and had a great experience with Mark Conn and Mini of St.Louis. They have been wonderful help with maintenance issues all along and have always tried to keep our goals and preferences in mind.
My husband and I met Karen Fortune, requested a test drive which she quickly and happily set up for us. Once we drove our MINI, we were, naturally, thrilled so Karen professionally took us through the details of the car and purchase requirements. Filled out a couple forms, met with Tina in Finance (who was also delightful) and, boom, the deal was done. Karen then took the time to fully explain how to work all of the MINI's features to me so that I could drive off with confidence. Would do it again in a minute.
I love these guys. I am always greeted promptly & by name. Any questions about my MINI are answered quickly & honestly. The special little extras are a nice touch. My baby always comes back freshly washed & looking new again
Steve was a great person to deal with. This was my first MINI car and Steve was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. He went through every single feature in my car and made sure I understood everything before I left. He also set up a separate appointment with my husband who was out of town when I picked it up. That was going above and beyond what I expected. I am thrilled with both my car and my whole MINI experience!!

I've been looking for a new car for awhile and finally found exactly what I was looking for here at Mini of St. Louis. I am new to the Mini experience and these guys made it fun and exciting.
