Since my Cooper purchase, Mini of STL has been my choice for service. My "care" service has been more than satisfactory. Service has been friendly, efficient, and preformed the first time right. On my visits I feel like "family", here the team knows my name, from entrance to exit. Thank you also to the team that wash and prepare my car upon leaving.
I went back to Mini last week to meet with Karen Fortune, my Mini advisor to discuss specials on 2015 they were running. Having a Clubman previously, I wasn't really considering it again and thought a 2016 would be out of my price range. This is a great place to buy a car. Salespeople are not on a commission and the pressure is off and the honesty is on. I have purchased 3 cars from them and the experience has always been positive. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair.
I just purchased a 2015 MINI Cooper HT from MINI of St. Louis on 1/29/2016. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Yes, it took about 3 hours but I was constantly doing something and it flew by. There is just a lot of paperwork involved with buying a new vehicle.
