I've been a Mini owner for a while now, and my wife and I always take the time to travel to Mini of St. Louis. I didn't knpw much about the Mini I came in to test drive or the CPO warranty that it came with, but Dustin and Bill told me about the car and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable - not pressured.
My "Check Engine" light came on a few weeks ago when experiencing sluggishness and low idling with my 2008 Mini Cooper hardtop. My wife told me to drop it off at our local MINI dealership and let them service it, but I thought that my local nationwide repair shop could rectify the problem. I took it in and their onboard computer reader told them that I needed new spark plugs. "We'll need to get a new wrench attachment since this is a MINI and it takes a different size!" Okay! I found Mini of St Louis sales, financial and service personnel to be professional, friendly and helpful. It was difficult to absorb all the information I received on my new car in a short period of time, but I was given helpful hints on how to adjust.
Over the weekend I picked up my new 2016 Mini Cooper. This is my second mini. I am a huge fan of the car but now am a real fan of the purchase and service experience. My 2008 mini was kept in mint condition through the years by an exceptional service team. I traveled to St. Louis from Springfield for the holidays to be with my family, when I got in town I started to notice that I had vibration in my 2009 Mini. So I called Mini of St. Louis and I talked to a Service Adviser Dave explained my problem and he told me they were very busy, but if she could bring the car in we would try to work her in. He did so everything worked out well. They corrected the problem, and I was able to enjoy my holiday.....Thanks Mini of St. Louis.
Every time I bring my MINI in for service I have the best experience! They are very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in no time. I also love that my car is washed and vacuumed as part of the service.
I knew I wanted a Mini, but with so many customizable options I wasn't 100% sure which one. Dustin Summers was so patient with me and answered all my newbie questions. He even took the time out to show me some of the customized options within vehicles to ensure I would like what I thought I wanted.
